I've seen a few articles on some of the new things we can expect in the next
versions of Excel and Word but nothing on Outlook. Is there any information
on this out there for the general public in terms of what we might expect?

expect "Teach Yourself Office 12 Outlook" to be in bookstores anytime soon?
;-)
