Outlook 2002 had a "button" called "Next Unread", which worked great. Outlook 2003 does not appear to have such an button or menu item. You answer was correct, in that you can find "Unread Item" by clicking on the Arrow to select this as an option. However, normal usage makes this 3 step process less than ideal. I've tried to Customize Toolbars to add this, but the "Unread Item" when used as a dropped button on the Toolbar does not work. It just closes the window. Confusing. Thanks for any assistance.
