I want to use Outlook to read this newsgroup instead of
the web news reader. What is the news account settings
that I need to use???

NNTP: msnews.microsoft.com

Group: microsoft.public.outlook <- We're writing in here

You need to use Outlook Express. Full Outlook does not support Newsgroups.
