I moved from Outlook Express to Microsoft Outlook and now I can't seem to
find a way to read the newsgroups. Any suggestions?

You cannot read newsgroups in Outlook, it uses Outlook Express as the
default newsreader (View -> Go To -> News will open OE by default).

Outlook does not contain the ability to read newsgroups and uses Outlook
Express to do that.

True.

Outlook uses OE for NG reading but you can set up Outlook as your primary NG
reader thru IE / Tools / Options / Programs tab.
You will be using OE actually though and still will need to set up your NG
settings there.

Does this provide any functionality or ease-of-use not available if OE is
set as the default NG reader?
