I recently installed Microsoft Outlook 2003. In attempting to activate
newgroups I followed the help prompts which instruct to drag News onto the
Go menu however I cannot find it anywhere on the standard toolbar.

Keep in mind that Outlook uses Outlook Express for newsreading. It does not
read news itself.
