When downloading newsgroups, I also download descriptions. Is there a way
to turn the descriptions off? I don't really need them, and it just takes
time downloading.
 
Thanks David. Man, you guys sure make things easy for us. I saw that
before but was afraid I'd screw things up. If it ain't broke, I can break
it.
 
In Outlook Express right Click on the Newsgroup and select Properties. Now click on Synchronize and Click on New Headers

Click OK
