Newsgroups in Outlook 2003

Please excuse my ignorance but....is it possible to access my newsgroups in
Outlook 2003 as I do in Outlook Express?

Outlook is not a news reader. It will call Outlook express for news reading.

I don't think Outlook 2003 has a news reader.
