This is a peer to peer newsgroup, not MS support. If you want to alert MS
to a problem contact them.

Besides stop using the web interface, it's lousy, use a newsreader.

Searching the newsgroup would be a function of whatever news reader
application you have installed on your computer. Contact the
manufacturer of your chosen news reader for assistance.
