Newsgroup Messages

I'm new to the newsgroup business and I was wondering if you could
sort the messages by the latest message that was posted. It's kind of
like the typical forum and message board on the internet where people
'bump' the thread up so the thread with the latest message goes on
top. Can anyone help? Thanks.
