.....My PC is Win XP Pro, Office 2000 and Outlook 2003. I just tried to set
up Outlook to be my NewsReader but was not able to find "NEWS" in the "GO"
menu customize of items. IE, I was following the instructions in the HELP
panel.

How can I get in as part of Outlook 2003. It used to work with Outlook 2000
and then XP.

Thanks....Rob

Start | Control Panel | Internetoptions

In programs please select Outlook Express as Newsreader.

Following Christian's advice will not only give you a newsreader, it should
put the News item back in the Customize so that you can add it to the Go
menu.

....Thanks guys, that worked perfectly.

Wonder why Outlook is not an option for NewsReader in the IE
Options/Programs dialog??.....RDK
