I followed the help direction by dragging News command to Tools, then I
subscribed to various newsgroup. However, I could not finds either News
command or Newsgroup in Microsoft Outlook 2003. I only can access newsgroup
from: support.microsoft.com. I appreciate your advise

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.

Thanks Diane,
Control Panel/ Internet Options does not include newsreader. I have Windows
XP and I do not use Outlook Express, but I have Microsoft Outlook 2003. Can
you give more details.

Outlook doesn't have a newsreader - it uses Express in a news only mode and
Outlook Express should be listed as a choice in IE's Tools, options.

You are right. By following your advise, the issue has been resolved. I just
wonder why Microsoft did not include newsreader in Outlook!
Thanks!
