News Accounts in Outlook

Hey, as a found user of outlook express i was a bit sketchy about using
Outlook, but have decided to due to its ability to store my important dates
and notes etc, however, i want to sign up with my news server again, in
outlook express you just select add.. and then news server or something but
i cannot find any similar features in outlook? Any ideas?
