NewDot.net virus

Hi,
I wanna delete the dll file newdotnet7_22.dll containing a virus,
I couldn't cos it is write-protected. Anti-Virus couldn't too. So What
should I do?

Make sure you've cleaned your computer and have done all prep/finishing
work and followed instructions to do all scans in Safe Mode:

If you can't remove the file even in Safe Mode, while still in Safe Mode
right-click on it and look at the security settings. If necessry, take
ownership of the file.

Also look at the file's attributes and make sure it is not Read-Only or
System. If it is, change accordingly.

un write protect it first?
