Newbie Runtime Error

Occasionally when moving from one website to another I will get the following:
"A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug? Line:139 Error:
object expected".
If I choose to debug, a window opens with the cursor blinking at the
beginning of a line (139, maybe??). I'm not a programmer, I have no idea what
to do so I close the window, choose not to debug and go on my way and
everything works fine until next time. Very annoying. Can someone help me
out here?

If possible reset your websettings in Internet Explorer.
Tools->Internet Options->Advanced(Tab)->Restore Defaults.
Tools->Internet Options->Programs(Tab)->reset websettings.
If possible try this-
start->run->rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE6maintenance->OK
