Newbie questions on Crystal Reporter

Hi,

I am using VS.Net to create web applications. Inside the Web Forms toolbox ,
there is a CrystalReportViewer control. Questions:
(1) How do I create a Crystal Report?
(2) Is it worth it to learn it and use it in a web form?

I have had pretty good luck using CR for basic reporting. I generate
PDF files on the fly so that users can print, email, save the reports
without the capability of editing them.

The "how" is more than a few msgs on a newsgroup can tell you. I
suggest doing a google search on Crystal Reports Tutorial and follow
one or two through. It is a pretty flexible tool, so there are several
ways of getting a report. Be advised that putting a web on a hosted
server that uses Crystal Reports may not be possible since you need to
register and install some server side stuff.
