Newbie Help - Registry Keys

Ok - I KNOW this is a stupid question - BUT I am trying to clean up a worm
from my computer. Norton's tells me to delete certain files from certain
Registry Keys and I have NO IDEA how to find the registry keys! HELP!!
 
Thank you SO MUCH!! I KNEW it had to be something easy - but ya just gotta
know what it is!
