Newbie batch help

Hi, just started using Blat to send vaulting information needed for
Netbackup. Sending the files works fine but do have a query. Am going
to schedule this to run at 9 am everyday, but what I'd like to do is
if the files hasn't been created yet then email a warning instead -
little knowledge of scripting so need some help - how would I do this?

You would be better served by posting scripting questions to one of the many
scripting newsgroups, which is where scripting gurus generally hang out.
