Newbi-NetWorkDays function?

I hope to use this function in a query:

NETWORKDAYS(start_date,end_date,holidays)

Error message leads me to think I may have to install
msowcf.dll. But, I can't find it.

I'm new to the web so I may be making a very simple
mistake.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help.
 
Access doesn't have a NETWORKDAYS function in it: that's from Excel.

While it's possible to add a reference to Excel in Access, thereby letting
you use that function, I think you'll find the solutions in the Date section
of "The Access Web" http://www.mvps.org/access/ will be better.
