The first wrong thing you're doing is using p2p software. You MUST know
what you're doing to protect your computer, and even then, it's a risk.
There are literally thousands of posts on help boards and groups from
people trying to recover from spyware, adware, viruses, worms, trojans,
hijacker, etc.
Do yourself a favor . . .uninstall the p2p and buy or rent the stuff you
want to listen to and watch.
Another point: it's illegal to share this way, and if the gov and
industry want to go after users again, you could face criminal charges
plus lawyers bills and fines that will FAR exceed whatever money you're
saving by "sharing" files.
