New window of a specific size

I have some bullets on one of my webpages and I want to have a link that will
open a new window with descriptions of the bulleted items. I created a new
page with the description info but how to I make it a certain size (not a
full-size page?) When I click on the link, I just want a small window to pop
up that you can close when you're finished reading the descriptions (leaving
the original page open.) Can someone tell me how to do this?
