I want to set up a simple web site that allows readers to
ask questions about services for the elderly. And,
depending on the productivity of the site, eventually I
will want to set up a small non-profit service.
 
start by posting to an appropriate group or look on the web for help.
This group is for support of Microsoft Outlook.
