New User problem

I sat up an administrator for windows so people could not
access the system and then tried to establish a new user I
called "Office". The "Office" user does not show the one
piece of software "PastPerfect" that we want people to use.
How can I get access to that software without compromising
my original intent?
 
Try locating the visibility links for PastPerfect in the
profile of the account that does see these, and then
copy them to the corresponding location in the All Users
profile (these are within Documents and Settings).
Be sure to copy, and then delete the copied. Do not
use a move.
It is likely, if this installed for the one account, that
the install directory may need to have its permissions
adjusted for use by others, but that is another issue.
