new user needs help

I rev've a new comp and used the file/transfer wizard recieved files I didn't
want on my new computer. Then did system restore and seemed to make it worse.

1) Can I use the search option off the start menu, type the dates and delet
all files from that date forward and ride my comp of them?
2) After system restoe in add/remove programs it will not let me unistall,
MSN so I can re-install in a different folder, any help?
3) How can I add users and they connect through my msn internet, I have
tried everything, this was the beginning of my prblems.

Only had the computer for 2 weeks haven't installed any other programs or
hardware I really would appreciate just geting it back to the point I
unpacked it and start again. Thanks for any help I really appreciate it.

Answers according to their numbers:
1. Yes you can do this.
2. Please state the error message when you're trying to uninstall this app.
so we can help you further.
3. If you have the MSN install CD, then it should take care of adding users
in.
The CD shld have a wizard on how to add users and share internet connectivity.

I would start over. Save your important data to a disk. Then either use the
Recovery Disks that came with the computer or
the WinXP CD to do a clean install. Check here for further instructions.
