i had some viruses on my computer, and i cleaned them up as good as virus
software programs can. my default user files used to be under oem, after the
virus it created something called oem.STATION1000. Is this a normal backup
thing? or was this made by the virus? how can i get rid of it and get my
default user back to oem. i log onto oem when i turn my computer on, but the
default My documents and other things changed to the oem.station1000. i have

Is "STATION1000" the name of your computer? If so, then your original
user profile was corrupt and Windows created the new one. If your
computer is really clean (see link below to determine this), then
either create a new user account for yourself or just use the
oem.STATION1000 one. You can copy your data from your old user account
to the new one. I don't suggest copying settings from a corrupted user
account to a new one.
