New to outlook 2003

Can a link in an email message be opened in a currently open browser window?
Not sure if I set this up in outlook 2000, but everytime I click on a link in
outlook 2003 it opens a new window. How do I change this setting?

In IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Advanced. Check the "Reuse windows for
launching shortcuts" box.
