New Template

I was wondering if anyone could help me with an Outlook Template. I made
some changes to a template that I had. When I fill it out and email it out
the old template is what is being received by the person that I am emailing.
Once I publish the form is there anything else that I need to do in order to
use the template?
 
In form design, did you click the Edit Read Layout button to make a read layout that has the same fields as your compose layout?
