New Profile removes Outlook Shotcuts

Outlook 2002

If I need to give someone a new Outlook profile, they lose their Outlook bar
shortcuts. If I haven't deleted the old profile, is there a way to get the
shortcuts back easily?

Rename the oldprofilename.fav file to newprofilename.fav
