New Product Key

I have had to install XP Prof. several times due to many
Hard Drive Problems on my PC... now the Product Key will
not work... who do I contact on this??? seems to be a
hard site to find.. thanks...

Exactly what do you mean "the Product Key will not work"
Exactly what is happening?
Is there a message? If so Exactly what?

During installation?
If the Product Key worked before with that exact CD, it will still
work for installation.
There is nothing Microsoft or anyone else can do to change that.

Are you using the same CD that came with that Product Key?
There are many different types of each and they are not
interchangeable.

Look closely, 0-O, B-8, 5-S and others look alike.
Have someone else try, sometimes another set of eyes and fingers can
get it right.
