I downloaded the new patch (#03-26) after hearing about
it on the news last night. It is designed to protect you
from hackers gaining access to your computer. It
downloaded from the Microsoft website, but then it did
not install. It is just sitting there, saying "Download
Time Remaining: 46 Minutes" but it has downloaded the
entire 1.9 MB of 1.9 MB. I would expect the blue bar to
start moving accross the Install portion of the dialog
box, but it's frozen. I have rebooted and started over
and gotten the same results. Whazzamatter?
