Hello

I just formatted my computer and an upgraded to Outlook 2002 from Outlook
2000. In 2000, I have 2 profiles, me and my mom, each using a separate .pst
file (brett.pst and mom.pst). They contain all of our emails, contacts,
calendars, etc.

With the new Outlook 2002, I can create a new account and import my old pst
file, but then it uses outlook.pst and outlook1.pst as the files. Is there
anyway to set up 2 new accounts in Outlook 2002 so that I can pick the
existing pst files instead of creating new ones? That would be a huge help!

Thanks in advance!

it's a PITA to try and make outlook use your pst - the easiest way is to set
up the profile from control panel and delete the pst's it wants to use. when
you open it and it complains, point it to your old psts. It's a better
solution than trying to use import.

ok thanks, i'll give that a try. Hopefully it'll work, and that MS will make
it easier in the newer versions!
