New message-type icon in Outlook 2003

We recently upgraded our Exchange server to 2003 and ever since, we've
noticed some emails arrive with a message type icon of a pin stuck in paper,
or perhaps a post icon. We send mail to a public folder email address that,
before the conversion, used to appear as the plain old envelope icon. It's
not a huge thing, but I just wonder what's changed and why?
 
Thanks for the quick and helpful response. I think we can live with the way
things are, but thanks for clearing it up for me.

This is a functional change in Exchange and not Outlook. Assuming that your
site has applied Exchange 2003 SP1, just need to implement the registry key
mentioned in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=817809 and then restart the
information store.
