Is there a way to send the same message to two or more
contacts at the same time?

Enter a many recipients as you like or as your ISP will allow in the To:
field.

Thanks for the reply. I'm trying to get multiple item to
pull from the contact list into the "to" field without
typing them. I finally discovered that I can highlight
several items using the conrol key with the mouse.
Clicking new mail message on the toolbar brings all the
highlighted ones over. Note: File - New - new message
does not do this. You must use the icon in the tool bar.

.

Yes it does.
If you are working in the Contacts Folder instead of the Outlook Address
Book, select as many Contacts as you wish, then Actions > New Message to
Contacts.
