Thanks Diane, But this is for new message. wht about reply / forward. i want
to add some predefined text in subject line for all message (New / Reply /
Forward) etc. Is it possible to do this. What is the default Form which opens
when we click on new mail. can we modify that? can we make that form as a
default form.

You can't make it default but you can make it easy to access - see

You'd need to use VBA to edit the subject of replies and forwards. Custom
forms can't be set as default for new mail/replies.
