New Mail Messages

Outlook isn't letting me forward or create my own e-mails. It says it is
trying to open microsoft word as my e-mail editor, but nothin happens. The
program quits responding and then I have to shut it down. What's going on?

Change the settng so that MS Word is NOT the mail editor.
