Hello!
In Outlook 2003, I have multiple nested folders under my Inbox folder to
organize my mail. When new mail comes in, it gets filtered by server-side
rules (server: Win2003/Exchange2003 SBS) to send it into the appropriate
nested folder. Right now, I have to manually open all the nested folders
until I see one in bold, meaning new mail in that folder.
Is there a way to have the nested folder open automatically whenever new
mail is filtered into it? Stuff that comes into the main Inbox obviously
shows up, but not if it gets filtered into a nested folder first. Also, the
"new mail" translucent popup does not alert on new mail unless it goes
directly into the Inbox.
Thanks!
