New Macro Problem

For the past week or so, I have been getting a macros disabled message when I
try to copy-and-paste in a Word Document. I do not understand why, and I do
not understand which is the appropriate option to select in the Word Options
Trust Center. I'd appreciate advice, as this is really annoying.
 
If you start in Safe mode (hold Ctrl as you start Word), then can you copy
and paste? If so, the issue is being caused by a macro in an add-in or in the
Normal template.
