NEW LAPTOP CAN'T USE IT

I have just got a new laptop but i can't use it as when i turn it on up pops
a thankyou note from acer for choosing there product. I can't do a thing
close to hitting it of a wall. Anyone know how to get this off the screen.

Have you read the "Getting Started" booklet that came with the
computer? If that doesn't do it, call their support number. If all
else fails, send it to me and I'll dispose of it for you in an
environmentally friendly manner. :)

Have you looked in the owners manual yet to see if that's normal and how you
proceed to set it up?

Does this Thankyou Note doesn't have a close or Continue Link, so you can
set an account and set up your laptop the way you want it.
Some even have a Fingerprint Pass account you can set up, so you only can
access this Laptop.
Best if you read the manual came with it, if you didn't get go online and
see your laptop specs and download the User manual and read it first before
going a head and setting up things on the Laptop for better understanding of
your machine and make work for you not against you.

since it is a new laptop
and under warranty you might
want to call them via their 800 number
and say,

" YOU'RE WELCOME ...! "

Phoned company they sorted it untill i turned it off then on again now that
will not even work. Thanks for your help i have stuck it in it's box and is
going back monday.
 
be sure to get a
return merchandise authorization,
eg, "RMA" number from them otherwise,
you "will" incur a "nightmare".....
