new invitation message

Hello

one of our customers is receiving invitations or respond request on behalf of someone else
even if she is not on the CC or optional list.
What cause that? How to fix that ??
Any ideas?

Perhaps she's a delegate of someone on the list.

How to fix that ??

If she's a delegate of someone, that someone can remove her as a delegate.
