New Install of IE6

I'm running Win XP and have found that IE6 seems to have become corrupted.
I've tried resetting all options to their original settings to no avail.

Is there a way I can get a fresh install of IE6 without reformatting my
entire computer?

This may post twice but I posted another message a few hours ago and it's
still not in the forum.

What symptoms make you think it's corrupted?
Any error messages?
