new hardware wizard pops up

I installed my printer on windows xp. The printer
installed fine. But now whenever I reboot the new hardware
wizard pops up. How do I stop it from popiing up.
 
Hi,

Either switch on the printer after XP has booted up or go
through the hardware wizard setup steps. If you follow the
hardware wizard setup steps it should find the existing
driver and complete ok.

After I go through the prompts.
it still comes up!

Hi,

Try removing the printer from Device Manager, reboot and
then run through the wizard again.

Also .. what printer are you using ?
