New Hard Drive

Added a second HD as a slave. It boots and device manager sees the drive and
says that it is working properly. PROBLEM: My Computer (or Explore) does
not see the drive. How do I get the drive to show up??? Adding new hardware
just says that the "Device is working Properly"...

HELP!!!

control panel > admisistrative tools > computer management >

Use Admin Tools | Control Panel | Computer Management | Drive
Management. Highlight the new drive in the right window and right-click
to partition it. Use the same process to format it.
