New Group in News Group

Does anyone know how to request a new group in the
Outlook NewsGroup ?

For example:

I think we should have a section on:

Business Contact Manager
 
It was created today.

microsoft.public.outlook.bcm

Try pointing your news reader at the msnews.microsoft.com NNTP server.
 
Sue, I tried your suggestion but still cannot find it. There is no existance of a BCM group in any of the outlook groups on the MS NTTP:msnews.microsoft.com
starting with microsoft.public.outlook, ending w microsoft.public.outlook.thirdpartyutil? On the Office Online Discussion Group (using here) I do not see a subcategory under OUTLOOK for BCM.
What an I doing wrong? TIA for your help.
 
Try using Outlook Express to read newsgroups instead of the web interface.

Did that also. microsoft.public.outlook.bcm does not appear.
Reset my newsgroup list and this channel does not appear in the list.
Can someone out there please confirm they see this newsgroup TIA.
BTW, why is there no BCM category under the Outlook Section of this Discussion Group here? hello?
