New file from 2 files

I need freeware that will attach one wav file to the end of another and have
the result be a new file. Is there a freeware utility that will do this?

Hi Norm,

Start Menu > ... > Sound Recorder (the "Insert file..." command)

or

Audacity from http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Audacity has far more options and flexibility than Sound Recorder...but
Sound Recorder will append one wav file to another and save it as a new
wav.
