New Drivers Won't Install

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware
because a previous instance of the device driver is still
in memory. (Code 38) How does one remove the old driver
so the new one will work.

Shut down your mashine. Then disconnect the device and start again.

found new hardware wizzard always shows up at restart
even when there is no new printer.
