New control in form design view

Click VIEW--TOOLBOX
Click on an icon in the toolbox (placing the cursor over each icon will
display a hint)
Click on your form

the system can help you to write some code ,for example ,filtering the data
, when you use the wizard .
you must make sure the magic wizard is active . it is front of the tool box
