New Contacts missing in Address Book

I recently succeeded in transferring my .pst from OL 2000 to OL 2003, and
everything seemed to be working fine. But I just added two new contacts and
they show up in Contacts but not in Address Book, although all my old ones
are there.

The problem seems to have fixed itself!?! I'm not aware of having done
anything - other than view the settings - but something must have happened
when I did that. In any case, it works now, so thanks for the help.

Hi again, Russ. You helped me get rid of my duplicate Personal Folders a
couple of weeks ago, so everything was presumably set up correctly at that
point.

I checked everything the article suggested, and everything looks correct.
Outlook Address Book looks like it's configured correctly, and I only have
one Contacts folder. All of my contacts show up in Address Book, except for
the two new ones I added yesterday. They both have email addresses, and I
can't see any difference between the way they are set up and the way the
other ones are.

Most likely what you did was restart Outlook. Any changes you make to the
Outlook Address Book configuration will not be seen until you restart
Outlook.

But I hadn't made any changes to the configuration in a couple of weeks. I
had only added a couple of new contacts, which didn't show up in Address Book
for almost two days. Anyway, since it's working now, I guess this is one of
those mysteries I'll never know the answer to.

I thought you said you had recently "transferred" your PST file. That's one
of the most common causes for disconnecting the Outlook Address Book from
the Contacts Folder.

I did, and I originally did it wrong. But you straightened me out a couple
of weeks ago, and everything worked fine until I added the new contacts.
