new contact not viewing in addressbook contact

as strange as it sounds i have this user who creates
contacs and then tries to view them by going into the
address book and droping down to contacs, these new
contacs are not bieng displayed??

i am well confuzled.

can anybody help me here

What version of Outlook and are they creating the Contacts in their Contact
folder or in another users folder or an Exchange Public folder. When they go
into the address book dropdown does it show more than one contact folder,
also when using the Find a Contact field on the Standard toolbar do they get
a result here and lastly they are filling out a email address for these
Contacts
