I am buying a new computer, is there an easy way to transfer My Pictures
folder with all its contents to the new one. Or just copy to CD and move them.

Copying your personal files to CDs is certainly
an option...but actually, if you have both computers
available, a USB File Transfer cable would be
quite useful.

I would add that if you have pictures you don't want to lose putting them on
some media (like CD-R) other than keeping them only on your internal
harddrive is a good idea anyway. If you're keeping them only on a harddrive
eventually they'll be lost.
