New Computer - Transferring all from old to new

Home based, not on any network, buying a desktop and I want to transfer
everything from laptop (updates/files/etc) to it. Own all rights, etc. From
XP PRO SP2 and updated office pro 2000 etc.

Otherwise.. Install the applications and patch everything.
