hi there,

I've just bulit a new computer, when I'm installing
Windows XP Pro it keeps coming up with the message-cannot
copy file X hit retry,I hit retry then it comes up with
the message again.
Then it will just cut to BSOD with the message
IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
I'm sometimes manage to install XP but it will just cut
BSOD at random times.

Any ideas?

when it cuts to BSOD there have been other
troubleshooting codes,I will post them if need be.

I'd be willing to bet a 6-pack of your favorite beverage that the problem is
bad or mismatched RAM. Can you swap it out or remove first one stick and then
the other. XP is brutal in it's attitude toward RAM, so the fact that it
worked under ME or 98SE makes no difference.
